Easy Doriano Toppings with Prawn Niçoise

  • As many as you like Bauli Doriano Sea Salt or Rosemary crackers
  • 200g Prawns
  • 2 Eggs
  • 8-10 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 100g Green Beans
  • 100g Black Olives
  • 3 tbsp French Dressing
  • A handful of Chives



  • Boil egg & green beans.

  • When the eggs are boiled, chop the eggs, cut the cherry tomatoes in quarters, halve the cooked green beans, slice the black olives and finely chop the chives.

  • Once complete, combine all the ingredients in a bowl, adding the French dressing and mix well.

  • Spoon onto the crackers and enjoy!
