- 3 Bauli Amaretti biscuits
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- 1 shot expresso
- 1 shot amaretto liqueur (optional)
- Lightly crush 1 of the amaretto biscuits.
- Add a shot of amaretto to the bottom of a glass.
- Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, pour over a shot of expresso and finish by sprinkling over the crushed Amaretto biscuits.
- Serve with the whole amaretto on the side.
