Soft cheese and fig:
Spread ricotta cheese over Doriano crackers then top with slices of fresh fig and season with freshly ground black pepper.
Tomato and garlic:
Finely dice tomatoes on the vine and mix with finely chopped garlic and a some finely shredded fresh basil. Drizzle with a little olive oil and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper before spooning over Doriano crackers.
Mushroom and garlic:
Fry sliced chestnut mushrooms in olive oil with some finely chopped garlic. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper and spoon onto Doriano crackers. Scatter with some fresh thyme leaves.
