EASY DORIANO TOPPINGS WITH PRAWN NIÇOISE

Ingredients

  • As many as you like Bauli Doriano Sea Salt or Rosemary crackers
  • 200g Prawns
  • 2 Eggs
  • 8-10 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 100g Green Beans
  • 100g Black Olives
  • 3 tbsp French Dressing
  • A handful of Chives

Steps

  1. Boil egg & green beans.
  2. When the eggs are boiled, chop the eggs, cut the cherry tomatoes in quarters, halve the cooked green beans, slice the black olives and finely chop the chives.
  3. Once complete, combine all the ingredients in a bowl, adding the French dressing and mix well.
  4. Spoon onto the crackers and enjoy!
