Strawberry, Parma ham and rocket salad

  • 4 Bauli Doriano cracker
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 200g strawberries, hulled
  • 2 (70g) packets Parma ham slices
  • 1 (110g) bag wild rocket
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 2 tsp lemon juice


  • Heat a griddle pan or heavy-based frying pan until hot. Add 1 tbsp of the olive oil and heat for 30 seconds. Add the strawberries and cook for 1-2 minutes, turning over once, or until just soft and beginning to turn golden in places.

  • Arrange the Parma ham slices and the rocket in a serving dish and add the cooked strawberries.

  • Mix the remaining oil with the balsamic glaze and lemon juice and season well with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Drizzle over the salad and serve straight away with Bauli Doriano crackers.
